We are pleased to welcome you as an online bidder for our vehicle auctions. By signing up as an online bidder, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Buyers Agreement:
1. Payment Responsibility: As the winning bidder on a vehicle, you agree to pay for the vehicle that you have successfully bid on.
2. Credit Card Requirement: If you are deemed the winning bidder, you must have a valid credit card on file. The credit card must be in the name of the registered bid
